New appointment to the CCIQ Board of Directors: Theresa Moltoni
The board, which is responsible for the long term strategic direction of CCIQ and corporate governance, has announced the appointment of Theresa Moltoni.
Theresa Moltoni is the Managing Director and Principal Consultant of IRIQ, which she initially founded in 2008 as a part time consulting business.
IRIQ is a professional services firm that specialises in Industrial Relations consultancy, advice, advocacy and training.
In 2011, Theresa decided to focus her energies on IRIQ. Currently employing seven staff and continuing to grow each year, IRIQ was selected as a finalist in the Telstra Business Awards in 2013.
Theresa is currently a Vice President of the Industrial Relations Society of Queensland and Chair of the Workplace Relations Group at The Brisbane Club. She is an Associate Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management and an approved TEC (The Executive Connection) Speaker.
Theresa’s extensive career, which spans more than 25 years, covers a wide range of high-level executive roles in a number of industry sectors. These roles have encompassed Human Resources, Industrial Relations and CEO responsibilities.
Theresa has gained an exceptional reputation throughout Queensland and Australia.
She said her areas of expertise include Industrial Relations Strategy, providing practical advice on a range of Employee Relations issues and delivering an impressive breadth of IR training programs.
Founder of the Inaugural “Dancing with the CEOs” event this year, Theresa’s efforts resulted in raising $66,000 for the extremely worthy cause of Domestic Violence in Queensland. She is currently studying law at USQ.
CCIQ President and Far North Queensland Policy Chair Brett Moller was delighted with the news.
“I welcome the appointment of Theresa Moltoni to the CCIQ board. Theresa brings a wealth of experience in human resources, industrial relations, employee relations and senior management,” Mr Moller said.
“She will help CCIQ as we expand our Employer Assistance Line (EAL) services and assist our members in today’s very unique and challenging business environment.”
