CCIQ members on the Sunshine Coast and Wide Bay now have a direct contact to help them get the most from their membership.

Hamish Bolderston is the Sunshine Coast and Wide Bay, Regional Manager and will drive CCIQ to enhance its core function of supporting and speaking up for small-to-medium business.

As one of the newest members to the CCIQ team, Hamish leverages his previous General Management, Sales, Marketing and Operational expertise to benefit CCIQ members throughout the Sunshine Coast & Wide Bay Region.

Hamish has a track record of successful leadership and business management experience across a number of industries including retail, trades, franchising, property and the building sector.

In his most recent roles Hamish has developed a valuable understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by Queensland businesses.

He looks forward to drawing on that experience to ensure members are able to make the most of their investment in CCIQ.

“The information and services provided by CCIQ to members allow business owners and managers to focus on growing their business and maximizing revenue, with a more informed view of current or emerging trends and regulation.”

“My role is to engage with Sunshine Coast & Wide Bay members and local chambers to ensure they are taking advantage of the full range of available membership benefits and are kept informed on issues affecting their business.

“Recent changes in the CCIQ business strategy will have a big impact on member businesses with a focus on providing Queensland businesses a better environment in which to succeed though advocacy, information sharing and assistance with employee related issues.

“It would be great to hear from members on issues which hold their business back, and receive suggestions for CCIQ to propose to the Newman and Gillard governments.”
